<p>Boston’s Back Bay and East Cambridge/Kendall Square are two of the area’s hottest markets.  Both have seen the asking rent rates for Class A space rise more than 20% since 2010.  In the first quarter, asking rents in the Back Bay were the highest in the area at $55.20.</p>
